Always use "Directional Troweling" and "Back-Butter" every Single Tile that is Installed on the Floor, where many people will walk. Most Fix it guys, now a days will Not do it right (they want a quick buck). Always Hire a Professional, whether it is Drywall or Tile. We actually know the best ones in this town.
